Fort Collins, Colorado-based Solix Biofuels, a developer of biofuel reactor technology for the alternative energy industry, has raised $3.0M out of an ongoing, $11.0M funding, in the firm of convertible notes and warrants, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Monday. No details on the funding have been announced, however, the firm now listed representatives from prior investors Bohemian Asset Management, i2BF Venture Capital, Southern Ute Alternative Energy, and Valero Energy on the filing.
